- Do you accept credit cards? Yes

- Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs would be allowed for those with special needs.
- Do you need reservations to visit the maze? No, not for the weekend hours.
- When do I need reservations? To reserve a bonfire for the weekend; to schedule a visit during the week.
- What do I need to do to reserve a bonfire? Contact us at 704-753-1299 or 704-572-1993.
- Are grills available? We no longer offer grills to cook on. You will need to be prepared to cook over your reserved bonfire.
- What do we do when we get there if we have a bonfire reserved? Come to the store to pay for your bonfire and get a receipt with your bonfire number to show the fire attendants.
- What if we are late for our bonfire? We have to adhere to a 2 hour schedule for bonfire reservations unless you have reserved it for longer. If you are late, we will try to work with you but sometimes it may be impossible due to the number of people scheduled. Please plan to arrive in the parking lot 30-45 minutes prior to your reservation in case there is a long wait for the tractor/wagon or at the store.
- Are masks mandatory? Yes and no. We are working hard to comply with the CDC Health/Safety Guidelines. We do ask that you wear a mask on the wagon and in the store, otherwise just try to social distance or stay 2 goats apart. If you cannot maintain social distance, then you may want to put it on for your safety.
- What time does the maze and farm activities close? The last entrance to the maze is Friday/Saturday night at 9:15pm and Sunday at 7:15pm. Farm activities close Friday/Saturday at 10pm and Sunday at 8pm.
- Do you offer refunds for maze tickets? No, once you enter the maze there will be no refunds.
- How long does it take to complete the maze? The big maze will take about 30 minutes to complete during the day and about 40 minutes at night. The Little Ears Maze takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
- How much are farm activities? Individual farm activities are $1 each. Most farm activities take 1 ticket. We also offer an unlimited farm activity wristband for $18. Additionally, we offer a $26 and $24 wristband that include 1 entrance to either the big or Little Ears maze and unlimited farm activities.
- Do I have to pay for a corn maze ticket to chaperone my child if they are under the age limits for the Little Ears Maze and Big Maze? Yes
- Do you give discounts on the maze? Yes, we offer discounts to senior citizens (65+), military/veterans, and we host other weekends where we offer discounts. Check out website under the "Price" tab.
- Do you charge for parking? No
- Do you allow parking down at the maze? No, we do not allow guest parking at the maze for safety reasons. If you have a special health circumstance, please call us ahead of time.
- Can I drive down to the maze if I have lots of food and other items for the bonfire? No, we would like for you to use the wagon to bring all your items down. If you have special concerns, please call us ahead of time.
- Is there food available? Yes, we have food vendors.
- Can I bring outside food and drinks in a cooler? Yes, however, absolutely no alcohol!
- Do you offer wagons for kids? No, we do not. You may bring a stroller or fold-up wagon.
- Do you sell alcohol? No, we do not. We are a family-oriented farm and do not allow alcohol on the premises at all.
- What kind of shoes should I wear to the maze? It is an active, working farm. There will be lots of dirt and sometimes mud if it has rained. Please wear shoes you do not mind getting dirty/muddy.
